Customer service is also what helps separate Wilson Photography from their competition. From answering the phones and replying to emails is something that you will find that we do when contacting us. If we don’t answer your call it’s because we are attending to a client. However, we will usually return your phone call within an hour. It’s always interesting when clients thank us for getting back to them. Like it’s a rarity. Potential clients are also surprised how often we answer our phone on a Sunday evening.
Photo Retouching
Our photo retouchers will be able to “take the edge” off the final image that you receive. Whether it’s a digital image for your LinkedIn profile or your family portrait hanging on the wall, we will make sure that your image is retouched just right. Many photography service companies, to our amazement, over retouch their images so much that it’s noticeable to everyone. They over soften the images so much that it usually looks ridiculous. This is because most photographers don’t spend the time to actually retouch their images. They throw it through a softening app and call that retouching. Retouching is different then running an image through an app. Our retouchers actually go into the image and remove things individually. For instance, they will go in and remove the dark circle under the subjects eyes, whiten their teeth until they think it’s just right, take out blemishes and so on. They are making the decision on how it should look and not some computer program.
